What is the return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Damaged, defective or wrong items get a free replacement or full refund, and you don't need to send them back. Unused items in original packaging can be returned for a refund; return shipping is paid by the customer. Start a return through our Contact page with your order number.
Are any purchases final sale?
Only one: grooming tools that have been used can't be returned for hygiene reasons unless they arrive defective. Everything else is covered by our 30-day return policy.
When will I get my order?
Orders ship within 1-3 business days. Items from our US warehouses usually arrive in 3-8 business days, and items from our international partners in 7-12 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
